AAEON provides drivers for Windows 10 64-bit and Ubuntu 22.04 but mentions that eDP has been verified on Ubuntu 23.10.1. You’ll find those along with the BIOS, a datasheet (product brief), and a user manual, on the product page. It’s the first time we’ve come across a 2.5-inch Pico-ITX SBC based on 13th-Gen Raptor Lake processors, but DFI RPP051 is an alternative option with a different set of connectors and I/Os.

The company says the PICO-RAP4 is suitable for service robots and healthcare imaging devices notably thanks to TCC, TSN, and timed-GPIO support which offers reliable communication channels for sensors, actuators, and control systems, and the ability to process large datasets for SLAM, object recognition, and path planning thanks to the capabilities of Raptor Lake processors.

Four PICO-RAP4 SKUs are currently available for sale on AAEON’s eShop:

  • Intel Core i7-1370PE – $1,085.00
  • Intel Core i5-1340PE – $700.00
  • Intel Core i3-1320PE – $590.00
  • Intel Processor U300E – $374.00

Note that it’s for the board only, and you’ll still need memory, storage, active/passive cooler, power supply, and other accessories.
