If the specifications feel similar, it’s because the PICO-MTU4-SEMI computer is based on the PICO-MTU4 Pico-ITX SBC introduced about a year ago. The SBC is also available with Core Ultra 5 135U, Core Ultra 7 155U/165U, but AAEON only offers the mini PC with the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H because it is the “most suitable of the four in terms of both cost and performance”.
Windows 10/11 64-bit and Ubuntu 22.04.2 with Linux 5.19.0 are officially supported. The small, fanless Intel Core Ultra 5 125U Meteor Lake mini PC is especially suited to industrial robots and AGVs.

While the AAEON mini PC may potentially be the world’s smallest Core Intel Ultra mini PC so far, it may not stay that way that long, as we’ve seen 15W Intel processors on credit card-sized SBCs (86 x 55mm) like the de-Next RAP8 based on the previous-generation Intel Raptor Lake CPUs.
AAEON did not provide pricing for the PICO-MTU4-SEMI embedded PC, but it should be around $900, considering the PICO-MTU4 single board computer sells for $804 with the Core Ultra 5 125U CPU. The datasheet, a user manual, and other information can be found on the product page.
