The Ebyte ECB31-PB is a low-cost industrial SBC powered by an Allwinner T113-S3/S4 dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor that comes in a Raspberry Pi 3 Model A+ form factor, which is fairly rare to see in the age of Raspberry Pi 5 (Model B).
There are two variants of the board: one with 128 MB DDR3 (Allwinner T113-S3) and the other with 256MB DDR3 (Allwinner T113-S4). Both feature 8GB eMMC flash, Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi, optional 4G LTE via mini PCIe module and a NanoSIM card slot, a microSD card, dual CAN bus, a USB 2.0 port, and a GPIO header. Multimedia interfaces include MIPI DSI and CVBS outputs, two CVBS video inputs, and audio input/output. With an industrial operating temperature of -40°C to 85°C, this SBC is useful for smart home, IoT gateways, digital signage, and other embedded applications.

In terms of software support, this SBC supports Linux 5.4 with U-Boot, Buildroot, and OpenWrt. In the download section of the product page (see below), you can find the product manual, mechanical drawings, development files, a detailed software development guide, and a user guide. The company also provides additional documentation for testing, development, and integration.
These days, not many boards follow the Raspberry Pi Model A form factor. However, we have previously written about boards like the Yuzuki Chameleon SBC and the Obsidian ESP32 development board, both shaped like the Raspberry Pi Model A, and the T113-S3/S4 SBC can be considered as a modern take on the old form factor, this time with an industrial focus.
The Ebyte ECB31-PB Allwinner T113-S3/S4-powered industrial SBC can be purchased from AliExpress, where the ECB31-PB1E8-I costs $40.25 and the ECB31-PB2E8-I costs $44.39. In the same listing, you also have the option to purchase compatible 5.5-inch capacitive touch displays, where the 720×1280 model (ECA11-5LM0712C) costs $48.64 and a higher-resolution 1080×1920 model (ECA11-5LM1019C) goes for $60.54; both feature FPC 26-pin 0.5 mm pitch connectors.
