ALLPCB offers one dollar PCB prototyping with free shipping (Sponsored)

For hobbyists, small businesses, and engineers in Europe and the United States, prototyping printed circuit boards (PCBs) is a critical step in turning innovative ideas into reality. However, one significant barrier often stands in the way: high shipping costs. These expenses can quickly inflate the total cost of small-scale PCB orders, making prototyping less accessible for individuals and startups with limited budgets. Few PCB manufacturers offer significant discounts on small-scale orders, and shipping fees can sometimes rival or even exceed the cost of the PCBs themselves, discouraging experimentation and innovation.

To address this issue, ALLPCB, a leading PCB manufacturing and assembly provider, has launched an exciting new campaign designed to make PCB prototyping more affordable for everyone. New users can now enjoy $30 off their first PCB order, plus an additional $30 off shipping costs. What sets this offer apart is its flexibility—there are no limitations on PCB size, number of layers, quantity, or specific requirements. Whether you’re designing a simple single-layer board for a personal project or a complex multilayer PCB for a professional application, this campaign ensures you can prototype without the burden of restrictive conditions or exorbitant shipping fees.

The $30 shipping discount is a game-changer, particularly for customers in Europe. For most orders shipped to Europe, this discount reduces the total cost to just $1, making high-quality PCB prototyping remarkably affordable. This significant reduction levels the playing field, allowing small businesses, startups, and individual engineers to access the cost advantages of Chinese PCB manufacturing without the usual shipping cost penalty. By minimizing this financial hurdle, ALLPCB empowers creators to iterate designs, test concepts, and bring their ideas to life without breaking the bank.

Don’t miss this opportunity to experience ALLPCB’s top-tier PCB prototyping services at an unbeatable price. Whether you’re a hobbyist working on a passion project or a small business developing a new product, this campaign makes it easier than ever to get started. The offer is valid until September 30, 2025, so act now to take advantage of the $30 off your first order and $30 off shipping. 1. Yeah right, because the CCP is dying to mass-produce my janky guitar pedal PCB with crooked traces.
Reality check: fabs make money by running boards, not by stealing random hobbyist projects. The “catch” is just cheaper shipping, so people actually try them.

  1. Don’t waste your time.
When you add PCB to cart it costs $5.
    In cart it shows $16.
    At checkout no discount.

    1. We’re really sorry for the confusion! This promotion is available for new users only, and we use a few checks in the system to make sure it’s not abused.
If you are a new user and didn’t see the discount apply at checkout, please reach out to us via live chat or at service@allpcb.com — our team will make sure you get the offer.
Thanks for pointing this out, and we’ll keep improving to make the process smoother.

  2. So, I have this crazy idea, adapting an open source board design to fit a piece of hardware I already have. What sort of tools would I need to create a design to send here, and what format do they want?

    1. Open source hardware designs can have been produced with proprietary software.

Kicad is one of the most famous FOSS for electronic circuitry creation. You can find a bunch of Open Source Hardware designs made with Kicad around the internet. And also a lot of learning materials to get used with the software.

To send your project to a factory, it has to be converted in the gerber files format

    2. Hello there, you can design in any major PCB software (KiCad, Altium, Eagle, EasyEDA, etc.) and export Gerber RS-274-D files. Just compress the Gerber output into a ZIP/RAR and upload it directly to ALLPCB for a quick quote and production.

    3. Small correction: we actually support Gerber RS-274X, not RS-274-D. You can still export it from any major PCB design software and upload the compressed files (ZIP/RAR) directly to ALLPCB for production.
