Jetway MTX-ARH1 is a thin Mini-ITX industrial motherboard powered by either an Intel Core Ultra 5 225H or Ultra 7 225H “Arrow Lake-H” SoC, and is a direct upgrade over the Meteor Lake-H-based MTX-MTH1. The new board also features faster 6400MHz DDR5 memory and conditional 8K display support.
Other features mostly stay the same: up to 96GB DDR5 memory, quad display output, triple 2.5GbE networking via Intel I226 controllers, dual M.2 M-Key sockets, an M.2 B-Key with nano-SIM for 4G/5G, an M.2 E-Key with CNVi for WiFi/Bluetooth, plus a PCIe Gen5 x8 slot and SATA with RAID 0/1. There’s also support for watchdog timer, optional TPM 2.0, Realtek audio, USB 3.2 Gen2 and USB 2.0 (with headers), multiple COM ports, GPIO, I²C, and SMBus. These features make this board suitable for industrial PCs, edge AI, AIoT gateways, and multi-display systems.

The Jetway MTX-ARH1 comes in four variants, where the 225H0020 and 255H0020 feature Intel PTT (fTPM), and 225H0220 and 255H0220 ship with a discrete TPM 2.0 chip (dTPM) for stronger hardware security.

The company mentions that the SBC supports Linux, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems. Jetway usually provides the necessary datasheets and drivers for their boards, but at the time of writing, I couldn’t find any specific driver for this model. To make things worse, the linked datasheet redirects to the older MTX-MTH1 motherboards page. In the package, you will find an I/O shield, jumper, COM cable, Y-power cable, SATA cable, and a CPU cooler to keep your processor running optimally.
While we’ve already written about a range of Intel Core Ultra 200H series Arrow Lake-H industrial motherboards, SBCs, and CPU modules, including ASRock Industrial NUC ULTRA 200 motherboards, UP Xtreme ARL developer board (122.5 x 120.35mm), and Portwell PCOM-B887/PCOM-B886 COM-HPC client modules, Jetway’s MTX-ARH1 is the first mini-ITX motherboard we’ve seen based on the new Intel AI SoCs.
No availability or pricing information is available, but you may find additional details on the product page.
