GIGAIPC only mentions support for Windows 10/11 x64, but nothing for Linux. More specifically, they provide drivers for Windows 11 IoT LTSC 2024 24H2 and Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021 21H2. Cooling options include a fanless heatsink, a heat spreader, and a fansink.
GIGAIPC QBiP-155UB/QBiP-125UB compete against other 3.5-inch Meteor Lake SBCs offered with the same 15W Intel Core Ultra 5 125U or Core Ultra 7 155U Meteor Lake processor, including the Jetway F35-MTU1, AAEON GENE-MTH6, and ADLINK SBC35-MTL, all of which also support Linux.

GIGAIPC did not provide availability and pricing information for the QBiP-155UB and QBiP-125UB boards. More details, including datasheets, user manuals, and Windows 10/11 drivers, can be found on the product pages for the QBiP-155UB and QBiP-125UB. Some more information may also be found on the press release.
