The company provides instructions and code samples to use the ESP32-H2-Zero with the ESP-IDF framework or the Arduino IDE. Samples include Hello World, GPIO, RGB LED, UART, I2C, SPI, Bluetooth, and Zigbee demos. You’ll find all that on the wiki for the board, along with the PDF schematic.
The ESP32-H2 was first unveiled in August 2021, and the ESP32-H2-DevKitM-1 board was launched in 2023. Since then, we’ve had various ESP32-H2 boards and devkits from Olimex, LILYGO (ESP32-S3 + ESP32-H2 gateway), Waveshare, and M5Stack, among others. The ESP32-H2-Zero is the smallest and cheapest we’ve seen so far.

The ESP32-H2-Zero board can be purchased on AliExpress for $3.79 without headers or $4.65 with, and you’ll also find it on Amazon and the Waveshare online store.
