Sipeed NanoKVM-Go – A 4K USB-C KVM with Recall-like function, AI integration (Crowdfunding)

Sipeed NanoKVM-Go is a 4K USB-C KVM designed to control any USB-C device from anywhere with one cable. It also supports “full screen memory”, a function similar to the controversial Microsoft Recall feature, which enables an AI agent to search through your screenshots.

Remote control software works fine until your system freezes or BIOS access is required, and traditional KVMs do the job with HDMI, USB, Ethernet, power cables, and adapters, but that’s a bit too much when working on the go. The NanoKVM-Go aims to solve all these little issues with a small and light device that requires only one cable to the target, while the host connects to the USB KVM over WiFi 6.

The NanoKVM Go works with any device that supports USB-C DP Alt mode, including the iPhone 15+, many Android smartphones, MacBook, Mac Mini, Steam Deck, Windows laptops and mini PCs, and so on. It supports browser-based control and Tailscale for secure access over the Internet

The company provides links to a GitHub repository and the wiki for the NanoKVM Go, but both are empty right now as the crowdfunding campaign has just started.  The closest competitor is the GL.iNet Comet Q (GL-RMQ1) USB-C KVM, also launched on Kickstarter, with over one million dollars raised with 24 hours to go. The main benefits of the Sipeed USB-C KVM are its smaller design, 4K resolution support, larger built-in storage enabling ISO image installation, FingerBot support, and AI features.

NanoKVM-Go AI ready USB-C KVM

Sipeed claims it’s the first AI-Native KVM with all KVM functions exposed as an MCP server, enabled by the user. It turns the device into a hardware-level CUA (Computer Use Agent) peripheral that can be paired with any AI agent to automate desktop and mobile tasks, including the “full screen memory” function that allows users to search local screenshots (not uploaded to the cloud) with text input. They also highlight support for the company’s own lightweight PicoClaw AI agent.

Sipeed launched the USB-C KVM on Kickstarter with a $50,000 HKD ($6,374 US) funding target that’s been surpassed within the first few hours of the campaign. The NanoKVM-Go “Early Bird” goes for $59, and the NanoKVM-Go+ “Super Early Bird” for $79 with extra memory and storage for the Recall-like function. Retail prices (MSRP) will allegedly be $89 and $129 after the crowdfunding campaign is over. Shipping adds between 60 HKD to Hong Kong and up to around $20 US to the rest of the world. Rewards will be shipped right after the Kickstarter campaign is complete in August 2026.
