Several years ago Skytraq introduced NavSpark mini, a tiny (17x17mm) GPS module, that sold for $6. I got one and wrote a post explaining how to get started with the GPS module using GNSS viewer program. u-blox MAX-M10N GNSS module supports Low Energy Accurate Positioning (LEAP) mode, firmware upgrades

Following the launch of the UBX-M10150-CC low-power GNSS module, u-blox has expanded its lineup with the MAX-M10N, another ultra-low-power module based on the UBX-M10150-KB GNSS chip. The new module supports firmware upgradeability and offers up to 50% lower power consumption thanks to features such as Low Energy Accurate Positioning (LEAP) and PSMCT cyclic tracking modes. The latest SPG 5.30 firmware also adds support for RTCM correction input for sub-meter positioning accuracy, along with improved spoofing and jamming detection. It also includes data logging and geo-fencing for autonomous tracking and uses AssistNow Predictive and Live Orbits for faster satellite acquisition. L76K GPS Raspberry Pi HAT supports GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, QZSS, and A-GNSS

Waveshare has recently introduced the L76K GPS HAT, a Raspberry Pi-compatible HAT that supports multiple GNSS systems, including GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, QZSS, and AGNSS for accurate location tracking and navigation. The HAT also supports a low-noise amplifier (LNA) for improved reception, a SAW filter for noise reduction, and offers fast TTFF with a cold start time of 30 seconds and a hot start of just 2 seconds. Communication is done via UART, and the module supports a maximum update rate of up to 5Hz. Powered by a 5V supply, it consumes less than 55mA. On top of that, there is an onboard battery holder that preserves ephemeris data for quicker fixes. Previously u-blox announced the release of the X20 series of all-band GNSS modules, but at the time, the company did not disclose detailed specifications for the module. Recently, they have launched the ZED-X20P all-band GNSS module designed to deliver centimeter-level global positioning at a significantly lower cost, up to 90% less than traditional solutions when considering the total cost of ownership. The module supports L1, L2, L5, and L6 bands across four GNSS constellations (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BeiDou), along with SBAS, QZSS, and NavIC. STMicro has launched the Teseo VI family of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receivers for high-volume precise positioning applications. These quad-band GNSS receivers support multiple constellations and frequency bands, enabling high-accuracy positioning for various automotive and robotics applications. The Teseo VI quad-band GNSS receivers are described as the first chips in the market to “integrate multi-constellation and quad-band signal processing in a single die.” The single-chip design allows for compact products and accelerates time to market. The Quectel LG290P is a quad-band, multi-constellation, high-precision, real-time kinematic (RTK) GNSS module that supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, QZSS, and NavIC constellations. A typical GNSS module like the SparkFun GNSS L1/L5 can receive signals from only one or two frequency bands, but the Quectel module can receive signals from four different frequency bands (L1, L2, L5, and E6) simultaneously and features built-in anti-jamming technology for improved signal reception in challenging environments.
