Creality Falcon A1 Pro Review – An easy-to-use, fully enclosed 20W laser engraver with a built-in HD camera

Creality has sent a review sample of the Falcon A1 Pro fully enclosed laser engraver and cutting machine. It’s designed to be easy to use out of the box since it’s mostly pre-assembled. It is equipped with a 20W blue laser and can engrave and cut a wide variety of materials such as cardboard, wood, bamboo, rubber, leather, fabric, acrylic, plastic, and more. It notably supports cutting 10 mm thick basswood and 8 mm thick black acrylic. The machine can engrave materials at a speed of up to 600 mm/s, and offers smart features such as auto focus, real-time flame detection, and an HD camera for accurate workpiece positioning. LUNYEE 3018 Pro Ultra review with offline controller and Easel CNC software (Part 2)

We have already checked out the specifications, assembled the machine, and performed basic tests with the LUNYEE 3018 Pro Ultra CNC Router in the first part of the review. We’ve now had time to use the machine to carve text and logos on wood and aluminum. It was Suthinee’s first CNC machine, so the LUNYEE 3018 Pro Ultra was reviewed from the point of view of a beginner. We used both the offline controller with files provided on the SD card and the Easel web-based CNC software. LUNYEE 3018 Pro Ultra Review – Part 1: Unboxing and assembly of the CNC Router with a 500W spindle

LUNYEE has just sent us a 3018 Pro Ultra CNC router for review. The CNC machine is an update to the 3018 Pro Max with improved performance and precision, as well as wider material support. It features a 500W spindle motor with a maximum speed of 5000mm/min, a full aluminum alloy structure, and an HGH15 linear guide X-axis that allows for reliable milling of hard materials such as aluminum, copper, and brass. Its 3-axis lead screw drive system provides smooth movement with an accuracy of ±0.1mm. The machine comes partially pre-assembled and should only take a short time to assemble. Twotrees has sent us a TTC6050 CNC router for review, along with a vacuum cleaner Monster (M1) kit and an 800W spindle upgrade with a speed of 30,000 RPM. Waveshare ESP32 robotic arm kit with 5+1 DoF supports ROS2, LeRobot, and Jetson Orin NX integration

Waveshare has recently released the RoArm-M3-Pro and RoArm-M3-S, a 5+1 DOF high-torque ESP32 robotic arm kit. The main difference between the two is that the RoArm-M3-Pro features all-metal ST3235 bus servos for durability and longevity, on the other hand, the RoArm-M3-S uses standard servo motors which are less durable for long-term use. These robotic arms feature a lightweight structure, a 360° omnidirectional base, and five flexible joints, which together create a 1m workspace with a 200 grams @ 0.5m payload. A 2-DOF wrist joint enables multi-dimensional clamping and precise force control.
