AAEON HPC-ARHm is a COM-HPC Mini R1.2 module powered by a choice of 28W Intel Core Ultra Arrow Lake and Meteor Lake processors with Intel Arc/Arc 140T/130T GPU and up to 96 TOPS of combined AI performance. The Computer-on-Module supports up to 64GB LPDDR5x, offers three 4K-capable display interfaces through two DDI (DP/HDMI) and one eDP interface, dual 2.5GbE networking, twelve USB interfaces, including four 10 Gbps USB 3.2, sixteen PCIe Gen4/Gen3 lanes, and more. AAEON MIX-MTLD1 is an industrial Mini-ITX motherboard supporting out-of-band (OOB) management and powered by an Intel Core Ultra Meteor Lake H/U processor (Intel Core Ultra 5 125H by default). The board supports up to 96 GB of DDR5-5600 memory, PCIe Gen 5 expansion, dual LAN, and various I/O options, including seven USB and four COM headers, and has a design fairly similar to the Jetway MTX-ARH1 released last week, with an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H or Core Ultra 7 155H SoC. What makes the MIX-MTLD1 different is the NCSI header for out-of-band (OOB) management using a MOD-RMB module, which links the Ethernet controller to a BMC for remote monitoring and control independently of the OS running on the CPU. Jetway MTX-ARH1 is a thin Mini-ITX industrial motherboard powered by either an Intel Core Ultra 5 225H or Ultra 7 225H “Arrow Lake-H” SoC, and is a direct upgrade over the Meteor Lake-H-based MTX-MTH1. The new board also features faster 6400MHz DDR5 memory and conditional 8K display support. Other features mostly stay the same: up to 96GB DDR5 memory, quad display output, triple 2.5GbE networking via Intel I226 controllers, dual M.2 M-Key sockets, an M.2 B-Key with nano-SIM for 4G/5G, an M.2 E-Key with CNVi for WiFi/Bluetooth, plus a PCIe Gen5 x8 slot and SATA with RAID 0/1. AAEON’s COM-MTHC6 COM Express Type 6 module is powered by the Intel Meteor Lake H processor series with a choice between the Core Ultra 9 185H, Core Ultra 7 155H, or Core Ultra 5 125H CPUs. The module supports up to 96GB DDR5 memory, features an optional BGA SSD, two MIPI CSI connectors, and two standard 220-pin B2B connectors exposing interfaces such as PEG 4.0 and PCIe Gen4, and offers a 9V to 16V power input range. AAEON claims the COM-MTHC6 is the world’s first COM Express Type 6 equipped with a 45W Meteor Lake-H CPU, such as the Core Ultra 9 185H. I can indeed see similar COM Express modules like the ADLINK cExpress-MTL only ship with 15W or 28W parts.
