Jetway B420UADN1 is a compact Intel N97 fanless mini PC designed for kiosks and digital signage applications with support for up to three independent 4K displays through four display interfaces: HDMI, DisplayPort, and two USB-C with DP Alt mode. Waveshare has recently released the Pi5 Connector Adapter (C), an upgraded version of its earlier Pi5 Connector Adapter, adding support for M.2 NVMe SSDs and enabling direct OS booting from an SSD. The board connects to the Raspberry Pi 5 via its 16-pin PCIe interface and supports M.2 NVMe SSDs in 2230/2242 sizes with PCIe Gen2/Gen3 speeds. It also converts the Pi’s micro HDMI ports into full-size HDMI connectors and brings all ports on one side next to the USB and Ethernet ports of the SBC. Eazeye sent me a sample of the Radiant 15.6-inch transflective LCD review for review after I wrote about the Eazeye 2.0 24-inch reflective LCD monitor last August. Yes, there’s been a little bit of miscommunication as I got a transflective LCD (TLCD) launched last year, instead of the new reflective LCD (RLCD). But that’s OK. While those are two different technologies, both monitors are designed to rely on natural light, and I assumed either would perform better outdoors and reduce eye strain compared to traditional portable monitors or laptop displays. 4-inch square HDMI displays with USB touchscreen sell for $33 and up

We’ve already seen some small HDMI displays, mostly useful for SBCs like Raspberry Pi boards, including a 7-inch monitor with a stand, a 7-inch HDMI touchscreen display, and a 7.9-inch ultrawide HDMI display. Today, I’ve come across another form factor with two 4-inch square HDMI touchscreen displays with 720×720 resolution: the VIEWE model appears to be new and is the cheaper of the two at about $33, while the Waveshare “4inch HDMI LCD (C)” has been around for a couple of years and offers extra features such as a 3.5 mm audio jack and speakers support, and mounting for Raspberry Pi 3/4/5 single board computers with adapters. GL.iNet Comet PoE (GL-RM1PE) is a new KVM over IP solution featuring a quad-core Correx-A53 SoC, support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), a 32GB eMMC flash, and the usual HDMI and USB ports. It’s essentially an upgrade to the Comet PoE (GL-RM1) KVM over IP box equipped with PoE and a 32GB eMMC flash capable of handling larger ISO files.
