Seeed Studio’s XIAO 6-Channel Wi-Fi 5V DC Relay is a compact ESP32-C6 Wi-Fi relay board built around the XIAO ESP32C6 module which supports Wi-Fi 6, BLE 5.0, Zigbee, and Thread connectivity. Designed for remote control and automation, the device comes with pre-installed ESPHome firmware and features six independent relay channels, each supporting 10A at 30V DC or 250V AC, making it ideal for simultaneously controlling multiple DC or AC devices. People are trying to run LLMs on all sorts of low-end hardware with often limited usefulness, and when I saw a solar LLM over Meshtastic demo on X, I first laughed. I did not see the reason for it and LoRa hardware is usually really low-end with Meshtastic open-source firmware typically used for off-grid messaging and GPS location sharing. But after thinking more about it, it could prove useful to receive information through mobile devices during disasters where power and internet connectivity can not be taken for granted. CNX Software’s 2024 Year in review, website statistics, and what to expect in 2025

That’s it! 2024 is almost over, and it’s time to reflect on what happened during the year. So I’ll look at the highlights of 2024, share some CNX Software website traffic statistics, and speculate on what may be ahead of us in 2025. Looking back at 2024 Raspberry Pi was super active this year with 22 product launches that included boards and modules like the Raspberry Pi 5 with 2GB RAM,  Raspberry Pi Pico 2 and Pico 2 W, Raspberry Pi CM5, expansion modules like the Raspberry Pi AI camera, AI HAT+, and M.2 HAT+, new accessories such as the Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 and the Raspberry Pi Monitor, and the new Raspberry Pi 500 keyboard PC among others. reComputer R1113-10 industrial IoT gateway offers isolated RS485, RS232, DI, DO, and dual Gigabit Ethernet

Seeed Studio has launched the reComputer R1100 series industrial IoT gateway family based on Raspberry Pi CM4. The first model, the reComputer R1113-10, is powered by a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 module with 2GB RAM and 8GB eMMC storage. It includes two isolated RS485 ports, two isolated RS232 ports, DI and DO interfaces, and twelve LED indicators. Additional connectivity options include dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, LoRa, 4G LTE, and Zigbee.
