As we already knew, this media player is designed and manufactured by InnoDigital Co. Ltd. The news is that it will be distributed by Yonsei Corporation Ltd, a rather recent Japanese Company apparently only setup to promote Webtube HD. (Japanese name: ブラウザBOX)
The main thing we do not know is the board SoC. This picture has probably been blurred on purpose, but It seen to be a Samsung Chip to me.
If this is correct, we are looking for a chipset from Samsung that can support H.264 decode and output 720p with probably some 3D support for Android. So I guess Webtube HD is based on Samsung SOPC100 (Custom Asic similar to S5PC100?), a processor with an ARM Cortex A8 core running at 883 Mhz like People of Lava’s Android TV.
