Intel Jasper Lake Celeron & Pentium Processors Lineup Leaked

Intel has already announced Intel Tiger Lake processors designed for long battery-life, ultra-thin laptops, but which will also be found in industrial applications. I was also told Intel Elkhart Lake processors would be announced on September 24th.

Elkhart Lake processors are based on the new Atom Tremont architecture, and so far, I thought they would be the successors to the affordable Gemini Lake processors. But FanlessTech just leaked the Jasper Lake lineup, also based on Tremont and whose SKUs closely match what we would expect from Gemini Lake successors.

At this point, there are three desktop SKUs with 10W TDP, and three mobile SKUs with 6W TDP.

Core / ThreadBase / Boost FrequencyTDP
Pentium Silver N60054C/4T2.0GHz / 3.3GHz 10W
Celeron N51054C/4T2.0GHz / 2.9GHz10W
Celeron N4505 2C/2T2.0GHz / 2.9GHz10W
Pentium Silver N60004C/4T1.1GHz / 3.1GHz6W
Celeron N51004C/4T1.1GHz / 2.8GHz 6W
Celeron N45002C/2T1.1GHz / 2.8GHz 6W

All processors come with 4MB L2 cache and unspecified Intel UHD graphics. They’ll be manufactured with Intel 10nm process. What’s a bit unusual in the table above is that Intel normally uses “J” letter for 10W desktop processors, and “N” for mobile processors, but all six SKUs above start with “N”.

The new Jasper Lake processors are expected to be found in affordable mini PCs, laptops, and single board computers starting in Q1 2021.

  1. Finally then the low cost notebooks will have some decent upgrade.

Maybe a notebook with a N5100 and 8GB will be a really decent light notebook

    1. Sounds like the GPU won’t be improved much. I’d rather have AMD’s Van Gogh or the next iteration of Atom (Gracemont) in a light notebook.

      1. But AMD’s Van Gogh is intended to compete with Core i3/i5/i7 7W versions right?

So the price will be higher. This is intended to low cost products
