Ebyte ECB30-P4T13IA5ME8G-I is a credit card-sized industrial-grade SBC powered by an Allwinner T113-i Cortex-A7 SoC with 512MB DDR3 RAM and 8GB flash, all part of the company’s ECK30-T13IA5ME8G-I castellated system-on-module.
The single board computer is also equipped with a microSD card slot, a gigabit Ethernet port, four USB 2.0 ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, a WiFi 4 module, and the usual 40-pin GPIO header that’s more or less compatible with the one found on Raspberry Pi SBCs. What’s different is the lack of HDMI output, and the board features an MIPI DSI connector instead.

Ebyte provides a Linux SDK with buildroot 2019.02 or 2022.05, u-boot 2018, Linux 5.4, OpenWrt, and all required drivers. Unsurprisingly, it looks to be the same SDK as offered with MYiR Tech’s MY-EVC700S-V2 industrial gateway based on Allwinner T113-i SoC. The Linux SDK, tools, and related documentation are shared on a Google Drive share.
The board is expected to be used in a range of applications for Smart Cities, Smart Home, industrial control, and Smart Agriculture. The Allwinner T113-i SBC is sold on AliExpress for $57.99, and the module can be purchased on company’s website for $32.80.
