The Allwinner T113-i industrial gateway ships with a customized Linux image. MYiR provides a Linux BSP for the gateway with source code for u-boot 2018.05, Linux kernel 5.4.61 (end of life in December 2025), and hardware drivers. As usual, the BSP is not public, and only offered to customers.
As I started writing this article, I was convinced we had already covered the Allwinner T113-i a few times, but I was wrong, and instead we wrote about the similar Allwinner T113-S3 MPU, the 100ASK-T113-Pro industrial SBC, and MYiR MYC-YT113X low-cost CPU module. Allwinner provides a product brief for the “i” variant, and Forlinx wrote an article comparing the Allwinner T113-S3 and T113-i SoCs while introducing the company’s FET113i-S system-on-module. Basically, the T113-i supports up to 2GB external RAM (instead of 128MB on-chip), can operate in the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), adds a real-time RISC-V slave core, and packages are also different (T113-i is LFPGA, T113-S3 is TQFP).

MYiR Tech sells for MY-EVC700S-V2 gateway for $129. You’ll find more information and a purchase link on the product page.
