Note you’ll need a GRE part for industrial temperature range, in-band ECC RAM, TSN and Intel TCC networking sync features, as well as Intel Safety Island functional safety (FuSa) technology. AAEON does not directly list supported operating systems, but provides Windows 10 32-bit and 64-bit drivers, and the user manual as a section about Peripheral Driver (Linux) telling users to “Open the folder where you unzipped the Peripheral Drivers” then “follow the instructions contained within the user guides to install the related drivers” without further details, nor links to such drivers or user guides.

LinuxGizmos notes the NanoCOM-TGU is the second COM Express Type 10 Tiger Lake module they’ve seen with Advantech SOM-7583 having very similar specifications except the AAEON COM offers larger capacity NVMe SSD options but does not offer a wide-range 8.5-20V input voltage, nor optional CAN.

More details with a datasheet, Windows 10 drivers, BIOS, and a user manual can be found on the product page.
