Graperain GR3576_CV2 – A Rockchip RK3576 260-pin SO-DIMM SoM with up to 16GB RAM

Graperain GR3576_CV2 is a 260-pin SO-DIMM system-on-module (SoM) powered by a Rockchip RK3576 octa-core Cortex-A72/A53 SoC with a 6 TOPS NPU, and equipped with up to 16GB RAM and 256GB eMMC flash.

The module supports up to six different display interfaces from HDMI to EBC for e-Paper displays, three camera inputs, a range of audio inputs and outputs, as well as USB 3.2, PCIe 2.1, and SATA interfaces, and plenty of other I/Os.

Graperain provides support for Android 14 for consumer electronics and HMI interfaces, and Ubuntu 22.04 and Debian 11 Linux distributions for industrial control and edge computing. Buildroot support is provided to generate customized, lightweight embedded Linux images.

The official Rockchip Android/Linux BSPs are provided with the source code for U-Boot, Linux Kernel, and rootfs customization, while the embedded 6 TOPS NPU is supported by the RKNN-Toolkit. The documentation and SDK/BSP are not available publicly and are only offered to customers.

Target applications for the RK3576 SoM include PoS machines, handhelds, digital signage, GPS navigation systems, HMIs, monitoring equipment, video conferencing systems, and more. Pricing information is not provided publicly. For reference, the Fireflix Core-3576JD4 SO-DIMM SoM with RK3576, 4GB RAM, and 32GB is sold for $119. More details about the Graperain SoM and development kit can be found on the product page.
